The vertical tube washer offers a safer, quicker and more compact way of cleaning diffusion furnace tubes, bell jars and similar items. The machine will clean all quartz diffusion furnace tubes between 7cm and 30 cm in diameter - with one or both ends open - up to 260cm in length. The automatic cleaning operation of wash rinse and dry, is undertaken within an enclosed, extracted chamber giving total user safety. It is constructed from 10mm polypropylene sheet, welded and reinforced with sealed stainless steel sections to give a robust and long life machine. The unique design permits special customer requirements to be built in.
